Once Hazrath Shah Abdul Qader Was resting in Jama Masjid of Adoni and it was Friday, another Sufi Shaikh Shah Wali entered in the mosque, seeing him resting told, what sort of a man you are? never offer Namaz not even on Friday, and went away, Shah Qader too left the Mosque. After while people gathered in the Mosque in large number as it was Friday, before the completion of prayer Shah Qader stood outside and began offering Namaz singlely, immediately the whole mosque was smoked, people astonished to see after their prayers, to their right and left Shah Qader is offering his prayer, when they came out, saw him folding his hands stands offering his prayers, surprise to see him more taller than his original height, people gathered near him and asked for their forgiveness. Ones in a morning he came out ascetically shouting "You are only in the veil and the other are out of it". Whomsoever he meets, they all found in their veils, he lifts their veils and says "in veil neither you nor me but He". This matter was reported to Diwan of the town, he approached to Subedar Siddi Masood Khan and he orderd to arrest him, police in his search came to jama Masjid where he rests to a wall and sitting. The police officer shown his warrant and arrested him, on enquiry he kept silent and jailed. In search they found him and asked he was just smiling. It was decided to kill him beneath the foot of an elephant, and the punishment was announced publicly in Adoni town and the public were invited to see the great show. Hazrath Shah Abdul Qader used to tied a "Ling" to his, left foot, to it,leg to it, the people of Lingayat sect worshipped and before it they never took the food. Seeing the Saint always tied it on his foot they cannot tolerate the disrespect of their Bhagwan. One day they gathered together and planned to attack on him and came to Hazrath Shah Abdul Qader, knowing their purpose he suggested them let all of us put our Lings in the Gotri well and call it with our names, whose Ling comes out we honour and accept it's reverence. The Sorcessors agreed to it, nearly five thousands Lings accumulated among with Shah Sahab Ling were exercised it for three days, all well hungered and hour remained thirsty and with their practices nothing comes out, were failed and goes in vain, not even a single Ling of any boby came out. At last they came to him and requested humbly to bring out their Lings. Hazrath Shah Sahab called his Ling to bring back all other Lings, it brought all the Lings with it.
